Enjoy perennial Ukrainian favourites of borscht, varenyky (perogies), kolbassa (Ukrainian garlic sausage), holubtsi (cabbage rolls) and various chef’s specials (changes each month and can include meatballs and gravy, ham, stuffed chicken breast, etc.)
